A great experience is one thing, but I think how a business handles things when the experience isn't great says even more. I was initially unhappy with my nails--due to an honest misunderstanding on both my part and my nail tech's part. But they reached out to me, invited me back, and made it right. They were incredibly nice about the entire process, and my nails look beautiful now. I really appreciate the care they took to make sure I left happy. That speaks volumes for the way they do business. I can confidently recommend Herbal Nails Spa.

Tiffany did a fabulous job. Vitamin pedicure comes with 10 minutes of for and lower leg massage, I requested an additional 20 minutes and definitely well worth it.
